A: Yes, watermarks are removed for all sales.

Q: Who prints the pictures?
A: We have the benefit of an automated printing service run directly through our site.

Q: How do I get my pictures that I purchased?
A: They are mailed directly to the address you entered during checkout.

Q: How long before I can expect my pictures?
A: 6-10 Business Day shipping is via the US Postal Service,
3-5 Business Day shipping is US Postal Service Priority mail or FedEx 3day
Second Business day and Next Business day shipping are FedEx

Q: Where does the money from my purchase go?
A: All purchases are donations to the schools photography club.

Q: I see a picture of myself or my child that I would like removed. How can I do this?
A: We value ones privacy and if a legitimate request is made via e-mail, the photo will be removed. Please include gallery title and photo ID or number.

Q: How can I access a password protected gallery?
A: Normally, we provide a hint to help those who wish to view the photos. If you are unable to solve the password, send us an e-mail identifying yourself, your relation to the gallery, as well as gallery name.
